It's tough to say.

If healthy I could see him having something of a bounce back year but that's a huge if. I could see him putting up .270/.340/.500 over 150+ games about as easily as .210/.300/.350 over 50 games. Part of me thinks missing so many games over the past few seasons will actually benefit him as he is basically 40 years old but we'll have to see.

I think the time off will be huge for him. He should be fully healthy and rested. May take a bit to get back into it but I could see him having a pretty good year.

Absolutely this.

He's had over a year to invest even further in a secure delivery network of undetectable substances of dubious origin. He has nothing whatsoever to lose and I'd be shocked if he doesn't have a lengthy client list of Caribbean baseball players in and out of MLB.

As far as his offensive numbers, I think he'll dramatically improve on '13. He's never been healthier in his career. There's probably enough HGH in his urine to keep Vin Scully going for another decade.

"mid-stream urine" rather than the beginning or end. that's what a-fraud said he did in sworn testimony to the DEA to avoid popping positive.

he's never popped positive before despite the immutable fact that he's been juicing for over a decade. testing itself is a joke.

why even bother with testing if the only people who get caught are stupid or neglectful? i hate a-wad, and wish nothing but the worst for him, but it's a joke that MLB actually cares about PED use. it's pathetic that instead of actually trying to clean the sport, they rely on big stories to cater to the foolish public that they actually are trying to crack down on PED use in any meaningful way.

In-game testing minutes before/after an AB is what A-Rod's creepy drug dealer from Miami said was the ONLY way to catch offenders.
