Actually I should take my sign, I'll turn around at a predetermined point so you can snap a pic, and you can post the picture here in the forum with a post that says... "Here's Eloco trolling me in real life... like a dick!"

So he is currently on pace to break the record on April 12th if he continues his season pace. However, at his pace of goal scoring since his injury, he would end the season 2 goals shy of the record. Going to be so close. It's completely insane they are dominating the conference in the midst of all of this.

If you are a fan of any of these road teams down the stretch, tickets are shockingly reasonable for all these places except Boston. Might be a chance to witness history. Will continue to track the most likely date to break the record.

Curious on your take. Lets say in a month, he is advancing on this pace and as we get to the final 2 weeks, the Caps are solidly in a playoff position. What do you think the desire is to try to break the record at home versus on the road? I noted the back to back with Columbus as an example. If he is tied with #99 on April 11, do they sit him on the 12th as a "maintenance day"? Or does no one care where the record is broken?

Only an Alan May from the record now! Four straight for the Captain. :)
