I really think with the Ray Rice 2 game suspension the Furor can't come down terriblely hard on Aldon since IMO that will be a PR nightmare especially since he missed 5 weeks in rehab last year.

Aldon better not get more then 2 games. Ray Rice knocks his woman out cold and gets 2 games and it was caught on tape. Aldon Smith was drinking some booze and driving isn't 5-6 game suspension. I will send Ray Rice over to Roger's house if that happens

9 games is and odd number for a suspension. This might be a prelude to getting it knocked down to 4 games as he was out for 5 last season in rehab (time served).
