in my opinion, handi has the proof. Yes, he has particulars but the best proof for me is the completely over the top reaction by @AlaskaGuy. He must know what handi is talking about and wants to get out in front of it with the personal attacks. Also, if he’s so sure he didn’t Welch why not accept handi’s terms? If he thinks handi is bluffing why not just call his bluff?
