I have zero dog in this fight, just read through 17 pages to see if anything comes about. As much as I dislike AG for his antics, the information so far provided has not proved anything in favor of OP. Here is the bet that has been provided to us by a so called "snitch".

LINK

I took the time myself since no one else will and provided the exact conversation. If anyone else can provide any other information as to when the initial bet was accepted, then OP will have a valid argument.

Your silence was acceptance, remember?

You said it can’t.

First of all, in contracts silence can be acceptance when the offeree starts acting in a manner to suggest that the offer has been accepted. Look it up.

Second, there was NOT silence here. AG followed up handis post with a question. He asked “you want OSU plus points?” That’s NOT silence. There was other conduct AFTER that that further shows that he “accepted”. Look it up. Also, he clearly didn’t have a problem with 2-1 handi was offering

Third, even if there wasn’t an agreement (and there clearly was) there is a principle called detrimental reliance. Detrimental reliance is a term commonly used to force another to perform their obligations under a contract, using the theory of promissory estoppel. Promissory estoppel may apply when the following elements are proven: A promise was made. Relying on the promise was reasonable or foreseeable. When AG asked his question he didn’t say “no... I’m not doing that”. He was merely RESTATING what was AGREED UPON. He made no effort to say that the points were unacceptable. Therefore, it was reasonable to assume that he accepted them.

You clearly aren’t good at this. You should stick with your wife beating lying bet welching friend.

Again, Handi never accepted the bet. He changed the offer and AG never accepted the new terms.

Your “link” establishes an enforceable bet.

I made the bet. He accepted. Offered his vCash. Said Washington would destroy OSU. 3.5 points is way less than “destroy”
And he never agreed to 3.5 points. It wasn’t a completed deal.

So wait...this is about vcash?

bwahahahahaha
Doesn't it reset to 1 or 2k when you get to zero?

Once he pays up, he will end up with even more vcash than what he has currently. But still, he is desperate to hold on to what he has left.
