At OSU his disciplinary record has been fantastic. Note that OSU isn't even in the top 25 of most arrested schools. He's kicked off plenty of kids from the team, highly rated recruits, for indiscretions.

Probably can afford to kick off more kids at OSU than Fla if I was guessing. Easier conference schedule at OSU than when he was at FLA (not if he was currenty at FLA, probably would be just as difficult due to SEC East being weak).

I took classes, and was under the assumption that once suspicious arises, the police then have the right to search and seize. Hence if I have my home front door wide open and their is a weed plant chilling there, the police then have the right to search and seize with no warrant (similar to the situation). Not sure if it depends on the state or whatnot, it has been a year or so though since I took a criminal justice course though.
