Thanks Prince. Hopefully your head is out of your ass completely and you'll be good for us again.

I had hope until bannister gassed the bullpen in a 5 run collapse during the 9th inning. Teams usually don't recover from losses like that.

Hope is never easy. Ranger fans have been living on hope for a while. I shall continue

It's so obvious he was going to strikeout. Richards was not going to give him anything close to a strike. Josh should know that but I know we shouldn't be surprised.

That was a great catch. Trout has been a difference so far. Glad we worked Richards. Which we could have snuck Choo in. Needed Josh to have a better eye out there

Josh just can't help himself. His stupidity prevents him from ever learning and adjusting. Pitchers throw him nothing but garbage breaking pitches in the dirt, and he strikes himself out almost every time. If he would just go up there and take every pitch, he would walk a ton. Then pitchers would have to start throwing him strikes.

That's the thing....he's just really stupid. Unless it's changed now he doesn't ever watch video of pitchers and their pitching tendencies so that's another knock on that guy.

Ya know what? He was just this stupid when he won the MVP too. He is exactly who he is, and that'll never change.

That's kind of the point. He refuses to adjust, but all opposing pitchers have. If he were to ever play a full season again, he'd lead the whole league in strikeouts by a wide margin. Every now and then a pitcher will hang one to him or stupidly groove him one and he'll hit it out (like he did twice yesterday). If he would start taking walks, the pitchers would have to adjust again.

He is shell of his MVP year but he does lead the Rangers in game winning hits if I remember correctly. That to me is an asset that we fleeced the Angels of. Big question is health in my books. Glad he is available right now

Considering how hard we've hit the ball, and the fact Richards has thrown 46 pitches in two innings - would've thrown more if we'd given him half a chance - it's pretty amazing we've only got 1 run.
