New Red Sox manager Roenicke speaks:
Roenicke says it’s ‘unfair’ to ask someone to replace Betts, but hopes for improvement of a number of players - Benintendi, Bradley - can help offset his loss. ‘You cannot replace Mookie Betts. He’s one of the best players I’ve ever seen.’
Uhhhhh, who wants to tell him that Benintendi and Bradley were already there?

I don't know how much improvement you can expect from JBJ, I think he is what he is at this point (a ~2 WAR outfielder that can carry your offense for several weeks and then look like a pitcher at the plate). Benintendi's still young and I think he'll bounce back from his 2019 season, but I'm starting to think the power won't quite materialize. He's starting to feel like Markakis 2.0.
