Esteemed Colleague
Mets just got 3 REALLY excellent prospects for Scherzer and Verlander. And they are free to spend like crazy again this Winter. It’s not the worst gameplan in town.Mets are a clown show

Which one? They supposedly got the #1 and #4 prospects from the Astros system. I know that system is mediocre, but it looks like the Mets did pretty well here? The prospect they got in the verlander deal is ass

Seems decent! Add in Acuna from the Scherzer deal and the Mets have an instant farm system.50 and 45 FV prospects. It doesn't seem like a bad haul
Are the Red Sox and Yankees going to do anything? Only 40 minutes to go.
He has no idea whatsoever. He's a Yankees fan that hates the Mets. That's it...Which one? They supposedly got the #1 and #4 prospects from the Astros system. I know that system is mediocre, but it looks like the Mets did pretty well here?
Maybe when it was 3-0 and every hit was a loud lol
Verlander to the Astros. Again.
O’s get Jack Flaherty from the Cards for Drew Rom and Ceasar Prieto, their 16th and 18th ranked prospects.
world series here we come
According to Jeff Passan of ESPN, the Red Sox have acquired Luís Urias from the Brewers.
No word yet on what the Brewers will receive in return in another deal that was completed in the final minutes of madness leading up to Tuesday’s 6:00 PM deadline. Full details should emerge soon.
Luís Urias went 1-for-6 with two strikeouts for Triple-A Nashville on Saturday.
Since being demoted to Triple-A on June 29, the 26-year-old has struggled at the plate, hitting just .231/.324/.374 with three homers and one stolen base across 105 plate appearances. The Brewers were hoping he would need a little bit of time to get things back on track, but he hasn’t looked like the same player who hit .244/.340/.426 with 39 homers over the past two seasons in the majors.
