Starting to think Volpe might actually make the team.
He should. He looks like he’s ready. But aren’t there service time considerations involved here if they call him up in May, or whatever? I know this is an ongoing issue.

there is, but he could get awarded a full year of service time if he were to finish top 2 in RoY voting (pretty sure he's qualified). It happened to Rutschman.

Sox fans have to be excited about Yoshida. He appears to be a player.
It definitely looks like he can hit, but the Sox appear to have a pretty weak lineup overall this season. Unless Verdugo or Kikè really step up, I see a lot of holes in there. Casas is a wildcard. He’s looked good in ST, but we’ll see.

Can hit and field-I think they said he's won 3 of the japanese equivalent of gold gloves last night.

No idea how long these guys have to play in NPB before they can be posted, but I'm thinking there's gonna be some kind of bidding war for Murakami whenever he's available.

His swing would be perfect in NY, but I'm guessing he'll end up on the west coast while the Yanks pinch their pennies.
