Shit weather in NYC this morning. Heavy downpour but the Yanks should be able to get all the games in this week.

Rain should be done late morning/early afternoon so no reason for them to not play today.

There is rain in the forecast for Tuesday and Thursday but not a complete washout so I see no reason why they don't get all 6 games this week.

Can't believe they only played 4X last week

Weather's bad here too, we had a few inches of snow on Friday night here in Newfoundland (Eastern Canada). As has been said before they need to stop scheduling April games in colder weather cities.

We had an ice storm from Saturday to this morning. It's been hell. This entire winter, spring, all of it. Just a depressing hell.

We get ice/snow falling from tall buildings pretty commonly (including from the CN Tower) but I don't think I can recall a time where falling ice put a hole in the dome's roof. Definitely a first.

If the game tonight doesn't go on the Jays will have had their last 3 games postponed. I wonder if that's happened in their history.

I feel bad for Castro. I actually liked him as a player with the Yankees. That injury last year destroyed what would have been a career year.

Likely finishes with 30+ hr and 120+ RBI's last season without the injury

Marlins pitchers combined for 150 pitches through 5 last night...100 loss season on the horizon...Also, they mentioned that Mattingly and Jeter have talked and they don't want their personal relationship to get in the way of team decisions....Mattingly basically said that if Jeter needed to ever fire him, he would hold nothing against him....
