Because it’s a 162 game season and you’re gonna lose the occasional game vs a bad team.

Plus, the Royals actually have a pretty decent offense

Cavan Biggio just called up by the Jays

Starting to feel old now.

Seeing all these kids come up when I was watching their dad play 6-10 years ago

Jays seem to have all of them.

What's going on with Dante Bichette's kid? Last I heard he was tearing up the minors.

Yeah it’s crazy

Biggio did play a long ass time tho

But it’s crazy with Vlad and his kid. Hasn’t even been out the league for 10 years and his kid is already here.

That’s what happens when you have him young and the kid is a stud.

And the kid went long for the first time today

And dad loved it

Lmao yanks win

Nope, but at least they went down fighting.

People point at the bad hop, but Holder walking a guy who can't do anything but run wasn't a good first step.

And not for nothing, Sanchez's throw to 2B on the steal was right on the money. All Gleyber had to do was catch the ball.

Still, hard to be mad at a 6-1 road trip.

Boone need to quickly realize using Chad Green as the opener doesn't work.

Just because other teams in baseball are doing it doesn't mean you should hop on that train

Isn't the point of the opener is to go more than one inning?

Having Green only need 14 pitches then replace him with Hale in the 2nd is so stupid

Absolutely terrible weekend in sports.

Wisconsin CBB assistant coach loses his wife and daughter in car accident. Him and his son both were injured in the same accident.

Auburn radio announcer and wife died in car accident that same day.

Bart Starr passed away yesterday

And now this

Openers only go 1 inning a lot. Second pitcher is either a longer reliever or the actual “starter” then.

I have been confused recently when I see Green starting tho. Doesn’t strike me as the type of guy you’d use there. Then I was shocked when I saw his numbers this year.

To be fair to Green, he been much better since they called him back up from the minors. Was pretty awful before.

I probably overreacted because Green was great in the 1st then Hale came in and was shit in the 2nd but he settled down lol
