I knew he didn't have a clue how to manage a bullpen, but his line-ups so far this season have been dreadful.

I've never been that impressed with him since I saw him on ESPN, never thought he was someone with his experience that deserved the big jump to where he is now.....He makes puzzling moves and as you stated, he is clueless with the bullpen which is a huge part of winning in today's game.....

Just saw the Yankees have struck out 47 times to start the season within the first 6 games which is a franchise record. But that makes sense there a boom or bust offense

Man, that was like a replay of Tuesday's game, minus the Chapman implosion.

Losing 2 straight home series to 2 teams that combined to lose 213 games last year is definitely not what I would have predicted.

Let's see if heading out on the road can get the offense kick-started. Wouldn't be the first time.

Lasagna really impressed me-kid's got electric stuff.

Pitching on the whole has been excellent. Offense is a profile in ineptitude.

ankees placed SS Troy Tulowitzki on the 10-day injured list with a left calf strain.
Tulowitzki suffered the injury in Wednesday's game against the Yankees and is now looking at yet another extended absence, though manager Aaron Boone categorized it as a "mild" strain. Gleyber Torres will take over as the primary shortstop in New York, with Tyler Wade and recent callup Thairo Estrada probably sharing second base duties. DJ LeMahieu is already filling in for the injured Miguel Andujar (shoulder) at third.

shocker :suds:

Thairo Estrada. One year ago he was getting shot in a botched robbery in Venezuela. Today, he's a major leaguer.

What a world.
