Can we have a few more series against the Stros and Indians please?
Yanks split the last series against the Indians.

It's in Philly, but yeah pretty much the same forecast. The good thing is that it looks like the heaviest rain could be confined to just north/northeast of Philly. Still not optimistic.
The worst market in memory.....Crazy how all the SP targets are either blowing up (Hamels, Happ) or getting hurt (Fulmer, Snell, Carlos Martinez)
Pretty slim pickings for a team in desperate need of rotation help.
Sigh.
Hamels could benefit greatly from a change of scenery. He has a 6.41 ERA at home vs 2.93 on the road. 16 of his 23 home runs allowed were in Arlington. Probably not a good fit for YS3 though.
Hamels pitching road games in Bawstun, Baltimore and Toronto is going to be a problem. You're prob right but a left hander has a better chance of success in the Bronx than a RH pitcher

Yankees are 5.5 games behind Red Sox, and it's entirely because of the teams' records in inter-divisional play - specifically against TBR, TOR and BAL.
BOS vs AL East - 33-14
NYY vs AL East - 25-19
That's a 6.5 game difference.
NYY leads the season series vs BOS 5-4.
If I'm being optimistic, maybe their success against the playoff teams pays off in October
It won't.
Indians are going to buttfuck them right in the face.
Welcome to my typical Saturday night with Mrs Redfoot
I don't like the crop of available starters this year. I think the best trade deadline strategy is to keep improving the hulloen and plan on going into each playoff series with your best four starters and 8 or 9 guys in the BPOut of the grab bag of shit bags, I'll take Happ over Hamels

Red Sox robbed by cancellation. Orioles should be forced to resume that game. If it were the Yankees they'd just be given the win outright.
