Warren isn't exactly a bum but ok. Who do you suggest should be the Yankees setup man if not Warren. He is the best thing in this pen excluding Betances.

To be fair, Tulo has looked a lot more like the Tulo of old over the last ~2 months. He's been hitting .295/.350/.542 with 12 HR since returning from the DL on June 18th.

BTW that was Warren first run allowed in 10 games since coming back to the Yankees. He is far from a bum. Toronto is a great hitting team. Should have never been in that position if Swarzak did not pitch like trash in the 6th.

That was a 2 run shot. Still gave up 2 more runs in that inning. Disgraceful

Sox had a bit of a scare tonight. Eduardo Rodriguez has 7 K's and no hits through 4 innings and left with hammy tightness. Last thing the Sox need is him hitting the DL after Wright hit the 15-day DL... after hurting himself as a pinch runner. E-Rod's quietly put together a good 2nd half so far.

Now you know what us Red Sox fans have had to deal with over the last few weeks. Very frustrating given how good the Sox starting pitching has been in the 2nd half (3.8 WAR, 3.69 FIP, 3.53 ERA (5th best; not including tonight), 198 innings (2nd most behind Cubs)).

At least Kimbrel had a 1-2-3 inning after yesterday's near-disaster. I'll gladly take the split in Baltimore. Tomorrow's Price vs. Tillman. I wouldn't be shocked if Price gives up 5 or 6 and several home runs.

Instead of gaining a game on Baltimore, Toronto, and Detroit. We're going to lose a game to Toronto and not gain anything on Baltimore and Detroit. Probably lose another game to Seattle.

Too bad he's in the same league as Trout, Donaldson and Altuve (!). Otherwise, he'd arguably be the leading AL MVP candidate. Even then, Betts is up there with them in WAR.

Well this game has sucked since the rain delay. It is enjoyable to watch these youngsters do what they are doing, but it is in the back of my head that they are going to go into a slump at some time. That is when we will know what we have.

I stopped watching once Blue Jays went up 10-6. Currently watching hardknocks
