So CC and Nova are supposedly in competition for the last spot. I really hope CC gets the spot. I don't trust Nova
That's sad. Sabathia had a seven year stretch that was just amazing. Averaged almost 230 IP/regular season with a 3.14 ERA and 140 ERA+. That's the kind of fucking beast you don't see a lot of anymore. To think he's now fighting for a rotation spot with Ivan F. Nova is just depressing. I give him credit for going through the motions, but were I him and they sent me to AAA, I'd hang 'em up.
To be fair to CC, the other 4 guys ahead of him are good. Not like there's some shitty starter ahead of him.
The rotation isn't bad. No true #1 starters but a lot of #2 and #3 starters in our top 4
That's fine, but there's what, a handful of guys over the last couple decades that have accomplished what he did? And with the scratch he's earned, you wouldn't catch me playing in Buffalo.
I don't think he will be sent to AAA even if he lose the job. I think they would use him out of the pen. I fully expect him to win the competition. Nova is ass
Tommy Hunter cannot control the running game. Look it up. His SB allowed is historically remarkable. Basically, he's got to get every hitter out, because if they reach first, they might as well be on third.
u must really hate won't (will not)I don't like the word "cannot." I feel like it should be "can not" mostly because of the contraction "can't." How can you contract a single word? Wouldn't that be an abbreviation?
u must really hate won't (will not)
a shortened form of a word or group of words, with the omitted letters often replaced in written English by an apostrophe, as e'er for ever, isn't for is not, dep't for department. No, that makes sense. Contractions are two words put together and contracted to one. Couldn't, they'll, isn't, hasn't, he'd, she'll, and on and on - all two words contracted to one, but cannot is already one word.
Sandoval got to lose weight and quick, guy's way to overweight.
