I went from having the best bullpen to becoming the tigers BP....had nathan, grilli, hunter, and johnson......johnson got demoted....grilli is hurt.....not to mention all the saves they blew already...

That was embarrassing to watch today. At one point, Ortega and Coke had thrown 60 pitches and 40 of the 60 were balls. I'm guessing Ortega had his one shot and will be heading back to Toledo tomorrow. He was WORTHLESS.
To give up only 3 hits all game and 5 runs isn't good. I knew the Tigers were in trouble when they went out to check on Sanchez. The bullpen was taxed and they didn't have any arms to put in, with Reed out and Putkonen hurt.
Congrats to the Twins -- they took advantage of Detroit's missteps and did what teams are supposed to do. Hopefully Verlander gives the bullpen a rest tomorrow and going at least 7 innings.
