WR needs to be strongly addressed in either FA or the Draft.

At this point, the extra 1st rounder is increasing becoming a higher pick, so the idea that the Bengals get both picks in the 18-24 Range is becoming very probable

With 2 picks, 18-24 range, I think a WR and a CB are the biggest plays. Michael Floyd and Janoris Jenkins are good selections.

If Flloyd is gone, then i stil like Burifect as a LB. Then in Round 2, take the best RB/WR available.

a CB in Round 1 is 10000% a lock. I'd bet my Battle Beast Collection on it

Here comes the Notre Dame homerism..... You also wanted to draft Golden Tate.

I dont think its homerism to want a guy projected at 14 at 18-22. Ya, tate was a bust. Glad they didnt take him. So, because one school produces a bust at a position, I guess no one should ever look back at that school to fill a need.

Damn, with Sanchez, Palmer and Leinart all NFL Busts....No team better take a chance at barkley.

Floyd is 6-3 225. Tate was 5-10 195 Lbs.

There really are not any similarities other than College. But hey.

Floyd has already had his issues with alcohol, so he'll fit right in. Sign him up.

In all honesty, I do like Floyd as a number 2 receiver. He's big, physical and seems to catch the ball well.

Issues with Alcohol? He got a DUI when he was 20 years old and drank beers in college.

While everyone drinks in college, very few rack up three alcohol related tickets in less than 2 years. Shows a lack of judgment on his part and it's pretty clear the police around cincy love finding a bengal with a lack of judgment.

I like Floyd and he'd be an awesome #2 WR. I'd rather take an interior lineman there, though. Livings is just terrible. Bobbie is average at best (and regressing). I'm good keeping SImpson around. He's a frustrating player but I'm a fan.

Williams is gone after this year. His contract is up, I believe.

Floyd worries me with his attitude, his history, etc....not sure I would want him on a team that just finally got right with dumping TO, Ocho, and Palmer....

I think the first thing to do is hit the F/A market hard for need and see what happens there first. That will help dictate where the team needs to go in the draft.

I don't want to spend another 1st round pick on a WR. I'd rather sign a FA.

I'm not in love with any of the FAs that will actually be available. Who do you like?

I'm not sure who is available exactly. I'd have to see a complete list. I know a few names have been posted, but it's usually just the big names.

I don't think drafting another one in the 1st round, when we have obvious needs is smart.

The last three FA wide receivers we have signed were Lavernius Coles, Antonio Bryant and Terrell Owens. Not sure FA is the best route either.

That's because Mike Brown is an idiot and signs guys with obvious issues, instead of signing a quality player.

We definitely do not need another WR with our 1st round pick. I'd rather just keep Simpson.

All the more reason NOT to count on FA.

Mike Brown IS still the owner.

We should draft a WR in the 3rd or 4th. Drafting one in the 1st is almost always a mistake. We got lucky with Green.

We talked about the FA WR's about a month ago....Colston, Garcon..probably out of our league (although we have the money).

Wide Receivers:

Harry Douglas – ATL
Derrick Mason – BAL
Brandon Jones – BAL
Roscoe Parrish – BUF
Steve Johnson – BUF
Wallace Wright – CAR
Earl Bennett – CHI
Andre Caldwell – CIN
Jerome Simpson – CIN
Demetrius Williams – CLE
Kevin Ogletree – DAL (R)
Brandon Lloyd – DEN
Eddie Royal – DEN
Matt Willis – DEN (R)
Bryant Johnson – DET
Derrick Williams – DET (R)
David Anderson - HOU
Anthony Gonzalez – IND
Reggie Wayne – IND
Pierre Garcon – IND
Tiquan Underwood – JAC (R)
Jerheme Urban – KC
Dwayne Bowe - KC
Greg Camarillo – MIN
Juaquin Iglesias – MIN
Deion Branch - NE
Wes Welker – NE
Matt Slater – NE
Marques Colston - NO
Robert Meachem – NO
Devin Thomas – NYG
Mario Manningham - NYG
Patrick Turner – NYJ (R)
Chaz Schilens – OAK
DeSean Jackson – PHI
Limas Sweed – PIT
Mike Wallace – PIT (R)
Patrick Crayton – SD
Craig Davis – SD
Vincent Jackson – SD
Isaiah Stanback – SEA
Ted Ginn Jr – SF
Josh Morgan – SF
Dominique Zeigler – SF
Donnie Avery – STL
Justin Gage – TEN
Lavelle Hawkins – TEN
Malcolm Kelly – WAS
Roydell Williams – WAS

I like Harry Douglas, Sweed, Wayne, Bowe, Royal, Colston, and Garcon.

Now that's a list. Good work Kramer. I want nothing to do with Bowe after his TO impersonation against Pittsburgh. Fuck him. I like Douglas. I like Wayne. Garcon and Colston are out of our range. Earl Bennet would be nice. Robert Meachem would add a major speed threat.

Yeah, there's plenty of legit talent available thru FA. No need to gamble a high draft pick on a WR when we have other, more serious needs.
