Why? Pats are putting like 5 guys in the end zone, you waste a lot of time for everyone to run the routes down and risk a sack or INT... 11 seconds isn't exactly a ton of time to run a play to the end zone and actually wait for some guy to get open with 5+ defenders in the endzone.
