Cheating and then lying about cheating is NOT the equivalent of a spitball. And even if you are caught with a spit ball or corked bat, you get thrown out of the game immediately and suspended on top of it.

Unless they are representing Brady somehow, or are willing to spend a lot of time and money to prove Wells wrong, it's all smoke and mirrors....He's guilty of not cooperating with an investigation and of having the Footballs tampered with during a game....He needs to man up for once on his own without 10 men around him on the field of play....

For deflating a football? and denying it? It's pretty equivalent. Suspension for 1/4th of the season? That about 30+ games.

You realize the NFLPA's attorney is undefeated against the NFL league office, and this particular case happens to be the strongest one factually that he has had to date right?

If the punishment isn't fully tossed out by RG, which I think most agree is highly unlikely, then the NFLPA will take it to the feds, likely the NLRB, whos job it is to hear cases of this sort. And do you really think that swiss cheese of a report by Well's will hold up in front of an unbiased person/s?

Sounds to me more like you're wishing for a particular outcome instead of looking at what the likely possiible outcome/s are.
