No it is 55. Right through the heart of St Paul where 94 and 35E merge where they knock the speed down for safety because of all the lanes, the merging and the entrances/exits.

In other words the exact part of the freeway where doing 140mph is the most dangerous. Even at 2am, he almost certainly had plenty of cars he was zooming by.

At that hour I'd be afraid of drunk drivers swerving into me as I'm looking 3-4 moves ahead.
