It can be easily fixed with the players making their free throws and if the player's are to lazy to fix it, then owners can fix it by writing in penalties and a drop in salary for not making them. If you aren't doing your job properly at work - That's pretty much what happens to you. You get your chops busted

Nah, it's 2 different issues. The hack-a-whoever can be fixed by guys hitting their free throws. The last 2 minutes can't really be fixed because you can't foul off the ball (which is the hack-a-whoever). So, in that situation you have to foul whoever you can, even a 90% free throw shooter. and hope it's the 1 time in 10 that he misses.

I agree that the hack-a-whoever can be fixed by guys working on their free throws.
