Rumor is Vance Joseph, he's currently the Bengals DB coach and we interviewed him for HC(probably just to fill the Rooney Rule) but he spent time with Kubiak in Houston.

If we're able to land Joseph too, that's gonna be huge. Solid, up and coming coach to go along with Kubiak.

I'm liking the hire more and more as I hear players who played for him talk about it. The only thing I'm somewhat concerned about is Dennison as the OC. He tends to be pretty conservative but I do believe that Elway would have been pretty clear about what he wanted so once again I will trust in Elway.

BTW I think the Colts performance yesterday exposed them for what they are and validates Elway dumping Fox and staff. No way we should have lost to that team in Mile High.
