Clemson looks awfully good right now.

It's unfortunate they've not tried letting Columbia host it since the Palmetto State always gets ignored for these things.

I am, but I'm still partial to someone in South Carolina getting to host this event at least once. New York City has hosted this tournament if for no other reason than to help Coach Boeheim untwist his underwear. Columbia's the only place that could get that shot, but as you mentioned there's still some hard feelings between HQ and USC and even though I'd love for all that to finally be all water under the bridge, I understand why the 'Cocks got fed up and left. They did get to leave with some Championships though and it'd be nice if their football team could get its head out of its ass and bring the SEC trophy to Columbia.

Meanwhile, not to keep harping on poor Clemson, but maybe they should just change their name to ClemsoNIT at this point.

Won't happen. We missed our one & only window to win the SEC in football. We're a 6-8 win/year team. Pains me to say it, but I'm realistic.

Damn. That was a bummer. If Blackshear would have only hit that FT to put us up 4 at the end of regulation. Would have liked to seen Buzz call a TO with about 13 seconds left in OT to draw up a play instead of letting NAW dribble it out into a set defense as well. Sucks. FSU is just a tough match up for us. Both games were close and hard fought.
