All that "we're looking for a CF and bullpen help" talk looks so ridiculous now, there is no way this team is competing for the division or WC. Losing Revere hurt bad, we lost our team leader in batting avg and leadoff hitter, as well as all the energy he brought to the rest of the team.

I kept repeating that this team was not good and that little run we had was just a facade, and that we should be selling no matter what. I am glad they didn't make the run a little longer, because Rube would have further decimated our minors. At least now he knows this team shouldn't be buying, even if he says we aren't selling either.
