A little help please, I have a SmartVision TV

I got a Vizio Smatvision TV with the new camper I just purchased. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to download apps so I can stream TV. It comes with Hulu, Prime and Netflix, but I want to be able to watch Sling and don't know how to do it.
