Yes, it's Ausmus's fault that the Tigers have given over 60 starts to the likes of Alfredo Simon/Kyle Lobstein/Shane Greene/Kyle Ryan/Buck Farmer. And Anibal Sanchez has had trouble keeping the ball in the park.

(Not trying to say Ausmus shouldn't be fired, I was never exactly impressed by him. But he was dealt a pretty crappy pitching staff.)

I was at the game yesterday to watch the Tribe pull out and splooge all over Verlander's back like they usually do.

Four earned runs over six. That's a tidy 6.00 ERA. Brings his career ERA against the Indians to 4.43, which clearly demonstrates that he's got a pussy heart and is the Tribe's sweet, sweet bitch.
