1. Elite defensive linemen and 3-4 OLBs are MUCH more impactful in a football game than stud cornerbacks.

2. Matthieu is not a stud cornerback. He was burnt bad in the BCS game and is a special nickelback type, but he is not a lockdown corner. He is a great special teamer, for sure.

3. If I were an LSU fan, I would love this tweet because if there is any position where ego helps, it is cornerback.

Agreed - didn't seem like a true shutdown CB, from what I saw. Nice playmaker/rover in a 5back role.
