A foul they've been calling all yr that makes no sense

anyone else notice all the fouls on guys properly boxing out? They'll box out and the guy being boxed out jumps for the rebound and they call the foul on the guy with inside position. I've had to see 25-30 times this yr and I don't get it

Technically a good box out is a foul if you displace the other guy.
