4. Hunter Pence (R) RF
5. Pablo Sandoval (S) 3B

9. RHP -- Yusmeiro Petit

Important game for the mini-pitcher. He is still auditioning for an expanded role on the '14 team. I think he does well tonight.

Posey has a fracture in the tip of his finger. He wants to get back in the lineup this weekend. I say FUCK NO! Play Monell and Hacktor. If both of them do well, than Posey can begin taking grounders at 3B and 1B and Belt can continue taking shags in left.

Giants cost 120, Snakes getting 135.

O/U 7.5.

Don't like either line. If I had to bet, I would go with the DBacks getting 135.

If the vets are hurting, it does us no harm to shut them down early, unless there are some crazy incentive clauses in their contracts. Even so,

Why not just sit Posey until his finger heals?

Why not sit Moped until his back/finger is better?

Why not play Monell a few games with Posey out?

Our first chance with RISP tonight! So excited!

And, of course, with trouble scoring runs, Noggin eschews the sac bunt, and Kobe promptly K's. Now we still have runners at 1st and 2nd, and now one out. :tsk:

Hacktor can do it, though!

----

Hacktor singles to shallow right. If we had had a runner on 3rd, ah, who cares?

Bases full for Pill.

Looks like a nice, competitive game here. Maybe I should turn it on and see anything interesting happens...

How's the writing going GPC?

Going well. Writing for a site called eDraft. Write about the NFL Draft, NFL Rookies and also just about the NFL in general. Have actually been spending some time on the 49ers board talking draft

Good for you. It is hard to keep up with those guys during a game on the 49ers board.

Looking forward to Sunday's game.

My son now lives in Denver, and he went to his first ever NFL game last night, and saw Manning put on a clinic. We lived in LA after the Raiders left, so there were no local teams. Could have gone to San Diego or Arizona, or even try a Niner game. Alas, I failed as a father!
