I think it is broken. I have the tv paused on where that ball is caught and I don't agree with the pitch f/x. It is well above the belt.

Well, the difficult part when watching on TV is where was it when it crossed the plate. The second thing to consider when looking at these plots is that the top line is well above the belt, as is the official strikezone. Usually, the ump doesn't give either the top or bottom of the zone on a consistent a basis, and almost never anything outside those lines.
