Dubon - ss
Slater - 1b
Pillar - cf
Longoria - 3b
Rickard - lf
Davis - rf
Adames - 2b
Garcia - c
Beede - p

Why do we see so much of Rickard? He is not a prospect and he has not performed well. I'd rather see Shaw and Gerber get more playing time than him.

Slater is doing the same thing he did last year - start his MLB time hot and then cool significantly.

Just came back to see that Beede got pulled in the 4th. Was there an injury?

Look at that, even Abad, Franco and Barraclough had good outings today.

He hurt his oblique, which is a shame because he was pitching a no hitter, with 7 Ks and no walks. Had his best stuff of the year going according to Noggin. Oh well, at least he doesn't have to go on the DL and miss games...

I think he is going to be a legit starter, maybe not an ace (still possible) but a solid 2-3 type.

Meanwhile, Dubon looks great, is it too soon to think he can be good?

Beede has shown improvement (remember his first couple of games in the big leagues or his AAA season last year? Ouch!). I do hope you are right, it would be nice to see at least one of our farm produced pitchers pan out since Bumgarner's minor league tenure.

How, I'm excited about Dubon. I say it is not too soon! But then I remember how excited I was about Panik. How fleeting it can all be.
