Giants shutout 5-0 in San Diego

Flat night . Giants 3 hits . Not very inspiring baseball to write about. Hudson had trouble and needs a start off. Giants 3 1/2 back with 9 games left to play. Can still win series. It's not over. Lot's of ball left.

7-20 when not scoring 1st post-ASB (22-52 overall) -- that's just plain awful

15-30 when getting one walk or less

69-39 when getting one walk or more

We MUST win these next two, if we have any chance to catch the Dogs, though losing this game feels like it essentially clinches it for the Dogs. Mathematically alive.
