Gotta say the fact we are having to play in a pennant race for weeks and weeks, really all year, I think bodes real well for us in the playoffs. Compare to the other team I pay any attention to, the White Sox, who have been cruising to a no doubt division title for a month+ now. They've been a .500 team for a while now, and will almost surely be the 3 seed playing at Houston to start. I think that hurts them in the playoffs

I am agreeing with you.

They ran the table in the ALDS and ALCS while we scrapped the the whole way. When we finally met in the Series, we were still riding high from the game 7 vs the Cards while they had been sitting for 4 days. They were flat footed. We were amped.
