Noggin let the game get away from him by not having the bully warm up in the 6th, not until Huddy was giving up walks and hits. He had done enough with a 7-2 lead, and needed a much shorter leash.

Romo should NOT pitch against this team with the game on the line.

And Romo, Bob to the contrary, should NOT be our closer, with performances like this.

I do like how we showed some spark and came back to tie it in the 9th.

I would think that with Mattingly continuing to adjust his rotation for the Giants shows that at least the tires are going down. No confidence in his 4 and 5 shows that he is worried and that he feels the Giants are a reeal threat for the division.

Big six games against LA. And don't count out the Cubs against LA. But as long as the Giants take care of their own business, they'll be okay. This was not the greatest start, I hate Coors field. But at least we still moved positively in the standings.
