Never took Cobb before but trying something different since I've never won baseball before. I do question why Rickey goes above Cobb every draft when Cobb's numbers are better

Yea, I took cobb over rickey my first draft... I see them to be similar... I think it is the whole not trusting players before the 1920s... But cobb is a damn good pick!!!

I know I will get killed by this comment... But am I the only one that thinks Willie Mays is Slightly over-rated as a hitter?? His full package(being an elite defensive CF) is what really elevates him to be a top player ever, but just his bat alone, I don't know if I would call it a top 10 bat...

I don't think cobb will get any less votes than Rickey... It really depends on the rest of the team... That's what so great about baseball drafts... you not winning because of the first 5 -10 rounds... It is the middle and late rounds that are the big difference...

lol, well, 3b is the thinnest position in the HOF, Schmidt is more ahead in the top 10 at his position than any other position. I will pick him every time if available.

yeah, confident that I can draft someone closer to Ted Williams in the of over someone picking someone closer to Schmidt. A fantasy baseball habit I guess.

I mean, we can only get 8 HOF, and lineups don't matter what position a player plays... Schmidt is clearly the best 3B of all time, but now he is going to have to be in the middle of the lineup for Bums... there are MANY bats better available still... But that's just my opinion... Maybe i was being to hard(wanted to make a splash at the new job Nos gave me) saying I HATE the pick... Just thought it was too soon...
