Zito just threw the proverbial gas can on the fire.

A team with a worse record than ours, without their best player who was suspended for PED's, comes into out yard and stomps the crap out of our best pitcher as if they were the Big Red Machine. Inconceivable!

In the meantime, the Giants face a scrub with a 5.32 ERA, and get exactly one hit off him, and three for the game. Since the ASB, the Giants are averaging 2.5 runs per game. And he gave up no walks.

How low can you go?

6 weeks ago, I would have rolled my eyes at anyone suggesting that Zeets would not finish the year on the roster.

Now? I endorse the DFA idea. He is beyond done.

Panda is pissed.

He has no chance to end the game with a PBF.

I know the Giants employ Kruk and Kup and stay hopeful.

Do they know the team is 13 games below .500? This isn't a "slump" as they like to call it

Man I've felt the same way since the ASB

Shame is I had been feeling like "well we're not likely making the playoffs but maybe we can play with some heart and class and try to get back to .500", but even that is starting to seem possible. There's still a lot of games left, but, whew...:noidea:

Yeah just usually you seem him not go to that extent but it is certainly at and even beyond that point

He is being much too gentle in describing this team's current play.

The Brewers have a worse record than we do, and have beaten us 5 out of 6 this year.

Play the kids.

Zeets? Buh-bye! Enjoy your ill-gotten $126 and two WS rings (one you did nothing to earn).

Frenchy? Buh-bye! Enjoy whatever.

GQ? Buh-bye? Enjoy Fresneck.

Bring up Hembree, Perez/Pegs, and Monell. They can't do any worse than these three jokers.
