We are going to (already?) miss Noggin. As infuriating as he was with his preference for vets, he really knew how to manage a bullpen. Kapler shows no such ability, leaving guys in way too long. We've had several early games where he stuck with the wrong guy for the wrong reasons and a lead evaporated into a loss.
