I like to run. However, it turns out that my concussion/whiplash incident a couple of weeks ago (jetski accident in the Bahamas -- cry for me) has resulted in a small "brain bleed." Thus, I cannot run for a while. I look forward to getting off the concussion protocol and back into the lineup....

I think it was a gut check for the kid. Who really cares if the game was lost. Big confidence boost for the kid and Boch learned about him as well.

He may have just locked up a rotation spot for next year with this game. Being able to go 8 strong this late in the season is a nice ability to have.

Amazing.

I had no clue you could experience side effects of a concussion before you actually get the concussion.

Those things are brutal, but it does explain your obsession with calling decent pitching bad over the last few years.

Just out walking my puppy. I forgot how much energy puppies have (our most recent dogs died at 13, by which time they could neither see nor hear, and slept almost 24/7).

The new one has helped my walking. After both hips replaced a few years ago, I am averaging 9.5 miles/day
