You added some good ones like Marichal and Palmer tooAnd less hostile. I'll let you hang out when I make love to my wife tonight. She'll be having a threesome and never know it.

Baseball reference makes it easy. I just went down this list ( Career Leaders & Records for Wins | Baseball-Reference.com ) and then tried to recall what I know of them. I soaked up old stats like a sponge when I was a kid. I could have added a few more borderline guys too but chose not to: Mickey Lolich, Nolan Ryan, Don Sutton, Gaylord Perry, Curt Schilling, Kevin Brown, Roy Halladay. You added some good ones like Marichal and Palmer too
Nolan, while I agree he still belongs in the Hall, is, imho, one of the most over-rated pitchers in the history of the game.Baseball reference makes it easy. All those no hitters can get a guy's reputation hyped up.Nolan, while I agree he still belongs in the Hall, is, imho, one of the most over-rated pitchers in the history of the game.
No-nos and Ks.All those no hitters can get a guy's reputation hyped up.
I'm just saying...you have to credit longevity. He wasn't nearly the pitcher the others were at their peaks but he pitched for a looooooong time. You prefer compilers to dominators I guess. Martinez and Carlton are also > Niekro
