Yup. By far, the most popular jersey I saw around town was his. Not a scientific survey, just my own eyeballs. When I saw a local interview with him, my first thought was Magic Johnson (different sport, similar personality).

Really? Oh man even more so then, Magic had a very winning personality too. Helps to not be a surly cuss like Bonds.

Wins are REALLY over as a stat for pitchers. He's had one of the best 5 game stretches of starts in Giants history and just got his first win

I have quietly been on the Fitz bandwagon for a few years. He is fast and he can hit, and is a decent (not stellar) fielder. Did not see the power surge coming!

I've been watching him and hoping that he would do well but I really begin to think he needed to get a shot last year when he was doing well in AAA but not getting promoted.

Last 3 innings Snell threw 9, 12, and 6 pitches. Knew his count was up and switched from strikeout mode to pitch to contact. Great pitcher we got here, quite pleased he didn't get traded

Can you imagine the trade deadline after this game, what we could have gotten for Snell.

Nobody made big deals this deadline, his contract kept teams away. Fuck trading him, give him 4 years 110 mil or whatever it takes and keep him
