Yup that's correct. Funny, 2nd is 19 losses by Gaylord Perry who won the 1972 AL Cy Young.

Most recently, Kluber did lose 16 in 2015, King Felix lost 14 in 2011, and (as previously mentioned) Greinke lost 14 in 2010. Prior that, you have to go back to 1991 Doug Drabek to find a pitcher who lost 14 games after winning the Cy Young. Probably because it was dominated by Pedro, Johnson, Clemens, and Maddux for a while. Those 4 won 17 of the 28 Cy Youngs handed out from 1991-2004.
