The Giants have had a very tough run here but if you thought they were going to win 2/3 of their games you were surprisingly naive. They HAD TO have a stretch like this to go from 108 win pace to 93 or so.

They may indeed lose today, but your posting is the very definition of pantshatting.

That's what I think. Leadoff is a "role" and some players just need to hit with little/no pressure.

Of course, it shouldn't take much for Blanco to hit A LOT better than he has from the leadoff spot, so any theory would automatically be proven accurate just based on that.

To be fair (and for the record, I agree about tz hes been a tad on the brown-side lately), it has been awfully difficult to remain optimistic of late. I know I have bitten my lip on more than one post the last couple weeks.
