What a poop throw.

Took him forever to get it out of his hand, then airmailed the cut-off guy, then threw if way offline.

Fuckin A

While the Giants have been struggling mightily with RISP, what makes it worse is it seems like the opposition has cashed in every chance they've had.

It probably didn't cost anything in that situation, but he just misplays way too many balls out there.

Hate to be Debbie Downer, especially now, but I don't know if I'll ever understand the Samardzija signing.

I hope to god this is one of the many times I'm wrong.

So far not a win that's for sure. Still time to fix it. And they can't all work out perfectly....

I'm more concerned with the hitting. We've scored 4 runs in the last 3 games.

I think I was the most vocal against the signing at the time. I still have hope that I was a screaming idiot, but it does look more and more like I was a reasoned, thoughtful intellectual type.

Gawd I hate to be right. That's why I so seldom am...

True. Hitting is concerning and Sammy is far from the only problem. Just in a vacuum, the guy just had a statistically horrid year.....even if it was tipping pitches and a below average defense behind him, it screamed a one year prove it contract or something of that ilk.

You are right though, at this time, my post is pretty reactionary. I just had this same reaction when the ink dried as well.

Dayum. The only guy hitting right now, the ONLY guy hitting right now, is Gonor. :L

Belt is lost in space. Again.

Panik I think came back too soon.

Oxy is struggling.

Span has not been a good leadoff hitter, nor a good defender.

Posey has disappeared.

Giants have gone from .272 at the end of June to less than .250 now with RISP. That's really some prime suckitude.

Fire Bam Bam! :D

Completely understand, you could very well be right about it. But he has had some very good years and had a great April so it's not like he doesn't have the talent. It's just hard to figure out why it's screwed up right now.

After today we'll be on pace to win 93, which is about right. But only way we get there is to START FUCKING WINNING again

I have a feeling once Pence comes back, the energy will return. Baseball is a long season, it helps to have adrenaline like his.

Apparently Boch has some plans to totally shake up the lineup. I would guess that means re-installing Pagan as the lead off guy. Nunez has the speed, but he doesn't have the OBP for it.

Completely pulled from my ass...

Pagan LF
Panik 2B
Posey C
Pence RF
Belt 1B
Crawford SS
Nunez 3B
Span CF
Pitcher
