Never the same after his surgery, the next big $200 million dollar mistake

As desperate as the Yankees will be for starting pitching this winter, I fear it will be their mistake

Yankees also avoided Seattle's best pitcher. Thought Paxton might no hit the sox for a little while last night.

No doubt about it, Paxton would have done the same to the Yankees

on Morosi of MLB Network reports that the Athletics are prioritizing young center fielders in trade talks for Sonny Gray.

As such, Morosi hears that the Athletics have interest in Yankees prospect outfielder Estevan Florial, who has enjoyed a breakout year with Class A Charleston and recently played in the Futures Game. It's unclear if the Yankees would be willing to part with him in this particular deal, but the price tag figures to be high for a pitcher who is under team control though 2019. The Yankees have a clear need for a starter.:suds:

if they only give up him for Gray I'll be pissed!

The Red Sox need a starter as well. They also need a bat

What a run by Altuve the past few weeks. Such a solid player.

I'm not sure how desperate they'll be. Severino looks to be the real deal, Montgomery looks like he can be an end of the rotation guy, no way Tanaka opts out with the shit year he's having and it looks like Chance Adams may be up before the end of the year and they like him. Green is tearing it up in the pen and with all the bullpen arms they have I can see them making him a starter next year and they love the kid Sheffield in the minors.

Considering Matteo is ripping apart then minors and they have no place for him with Torres and Didi I can see them packaging him for a Sonny Gray type this year.

Do not need a starter.

Need a reliever and probably two bats. Or electro shock therapy for some of these guys.

first and third with no outs last night and Red Sox always find the combo to prevent runs from crossing the plate.

?

Springer 310 ave, 384 obp, 973 ops, 27 HR, 66 RBI;s
Judge 310 Ave. 434 obp, 1.083 ops, 32HR's , 73 RBI's

Judge is having the better year, but he's regressing and he's only played a little more than half a season in the majors. Springer was a very good player prior to the season.
