Only thing I'll say about him is there's been zero effort to get him the ball so hard to put his shitty play 100% on him.

He is basically just out there setting high screens on offense.

Last time he played Embiid, they actually threw the ball to him in the post

I'll disagree. Anytime Whiteside has handled the ball, it's almost resulted in a turnover. He's been a complete liability out there both offensively and defensively.

Yup. It's hard for coaches to trust you when you're constantly in foul trouble and half the time, committing stupid unnecessary fouls. I don't blame Spo one bit with how he's used Whiteside this series oddly enough. Common sense would be when Philly goes small, you feed it to Whiteside in the post and let him eat. But he's lifeless out there and just lackadaisical. It says a lot that we get outscored by a crap ton when he's on the court.

I like Embiid's game and think he's an elite player. But an ounce of humility goes a long way. Embiid actually makes me almost want to root for Cleveland should these two teams meet in the conference finals.
