Cain has one win coming into this game tonight vs. San Diego. The critics are out to knock Cain and maybe he deserves some of it but hey the Giants need Cain and he has to get past all these injuries he has had . It's time for Cain to show up and squash some of this talk of needing another starter in the rotation. Cain has won 2 WS and knows what he needs to do and tonight I got a feeling he will get back on track. Since Pagan went out in 2013 the Giants are 25-31 without him. Get well soon Angel. Morse is back in the line up which is good news.

Giants just remembered Tony Gwynn in a pre game ceremony. Bochy spoke and presented a base with Gwynn's number and some writing to Bud Black Padres manager but I could not make out what was on it. His number will be on the wall in right field tonight. Real nice job by the Giants to honor Tony Gwynn.
