Is Cuetos option a player one? If so,
Why does the AL even have the DH? In the last four games, AL pitchers are 3-12 with a double and 3 RBI's against the Giants.
The Giants are on pace to have more than 40 games where they score 1 or less. And of course the Giants' patient offense has no walks through 5 innings. THey are 8-21 when two walks or less.
Royals lead 7-1, and have hit 3 homers (in a park where no one hits homers), and they are the 3rd worst offense in the majors, AND
they are 1-14 with RISP
Imagine the score if they had clutch hitting
Imagine the score if the GIants had ANY hitting. Geez, the Royal starter had an ERA of about 6, and has given up next to nothing
I love baseball, but this is not baseball.
It's garbage, embarrassing baseball. One-game lead now on SD in the race for last place.

Seriously.
Today was the 18th such game this season. That puts us on a pace for 44 on the season. This is what happens when you only have 1 truly scary hitter and 2 ok ones.

Remember the shit we gave (???) back in '08 (I think) for predicting 40 shutouts? This team is putting up numbers that make that prediction somewhat reasonable...

Posey is having a great year (MVP-worthy if the team were doing anything at all), but he is not a "feared" hitter. You need more power to be "feared".I don't see any scary hitters on this team.
That means we can overtake them soon, right?!?

And I am not sure I know who msg was referring to when he mentioned "2 ok ones".
