From what I've heard, Dyson should have had 2 easy outs but his defense let him down. Though again I didn't see it myself.

"Easy" outs is going too far, but they were both very makeable MLB plays. Yes, the infield welcomed him to the team appropriately.

At what point does KT start to make Panik sweat?

Not yet. Panik has a .706 OPS while Tomlinson's is .649. However, the two are trending in opposite directions in their numbers.
