Are you watching? The defense really is a shitshow. Outside of Yaz’ catch, this has not been a pleasurable game to watch.

I don’t think the defense has been that bad. Other than the dropped ball by Vosler on the throw back from Casali (from the one angle he did look safe) I don’t think they’ve been that bad. I did miss the Flores error though.

Fair enough. Still...Rodon isn't that bad today.

He is very bend-don’t-break today. Not crisp at all.

The Flores play came right after (before?) the throw from Casalli. And maybe I am a bit overly sensitive due to their very sloppy play of the last few weeks.

I get a strong “Let Them Play” feel from the team this year.

Not certain if they are outside the grace zone that umps get graded on, though. Umps are given, I think 3 in both inside and outside the zone where they can call it however they like as far as grading goes.
